Nothing is sent silently.
The website code contains no analytics, third-party fonts, tracking scripts or payment processor. The enquiry service is a same-site endpoint and accepts data only when the operator has enabled intake. The brief builder holds entered values in the current page and does not write them to browser storage.
A download saves a file on your device. Choosing “Open email draft” hands the draft to your email application; your email provider’s policies then apply. Browsers may independently retain autofill or restored-page information.
This website is hosted with ChatGPT Sites. Enquiries are saved in its hosted database and are visible only to the configured ALIZE owner. The hosting service may retain access logs. This private release is for review; the public privacy notice, retention schedule and business contact process still need to be finalised before opening intake to external visitors.

The website inbox includes validation, ChatGPT sign-in for the ALIZE owner and audit history. Production identity, retention, backups, recovery and incident processes still require deployment and review. This is not a multi-tenant SaaS security system.

Information you choose to send
Your name, email, optional company and market, area of interest, timing, selected partner category and brief. The service also records a reference, submission time, consent-notice version and workflow status.
How the inbox uses it
To review and respond to your enquiry. Access is limited to the configured ALIZE inbox operator. Submitting is not approval as a partner, an account registration or consent to marketing. No submitted content is sent to an AI provider by this build.
Saved with your website
Submitted enquiries are stored in the database connected to this website. The form confirms an enquiry only after it has been saved and provides a reference. Downloading a draft saves a copy on your device.
Protection and retention
Rate limiting uses a keyed digest of the signed-in identity or connection address, not a raw IP field in enquiry records. Hosting services may keep separate access logs. The operator inbox uses a necessary session cookie; the public form does not use analytics cookies. Retention, controller details, hosting regions and deletion contact must be confirmed before public intake is enabled.
When you submit an enquiry, ALIZE stores the contact details and requirements you provide so authorised staff can review and respond. Submit only information you are authorised to share. Contact the Requirement Desk for questions about your enquiry or a deletion request.
